Leif’s story inspired and touched even more hearts, when his charitable efforts featured on BBC Look East recently!
In recognition of his hard work and incredible generosity, Leif was awarded a special recognition award from the RSPCA in front of hundreds of his schoolmates at Buttsbury Primary School.
Derrick Yapp, Income Generation Manager for RSPCA Essex Mid and North, praised Leif’s efforts, saying, “We were all so touched by Leif’s story and proud to have such a fantastic young supporter. The £302 raised last year was outstanding, and this year, his continued support will go a long way to helping our animal welfare work.”
